Biography

Advisor: Patrick Green

Lorenzo is interested in studying how animal morphology and behavior contribute to withstanding high forces and minimizing damage from intraspecific fighting and predation. Previously, he received his B.S. in Biology & Environmental Science from Rhodes College, where he studied variation in domestic dog skull morphology and the defensive biomechanics of armored fish. Outside the lab, Lorenzo loves playing video games with friends, going on long walks or runs, and traveling to new places.
